TenFourFox の address bar に about:config と書いて ("I'll be careful, I promise!" をクリックして)
tenfourfox.plugins.enabled を Search して，false をダブル・クリック

Mac OS X で最初にするべきこと (PowerPC に限らず)

  Mac OS 10.4 では，Terminal で
  defaults write com.apple.mail NSPreferredMailCharset "ISO-2022-JP"
  (さらには "リッチテキスト" でなく "標準テキスト" に)
• Spotlightを無効化する
  と Finder で検索できなくなるので

• FinderPop
  初期設定では Never になっている Finder Control-free Popup Delay (Options panel) を有効にする
• X-Assist (Mac OS X で使う理由)
  • Login Items に登録する (System Preferences の Accounts pane, 10.7 以降は Users & Groups pane)
  • アプリケーションのエイリアスを "X-Assist Items" フォルダ内に作成するのは FinderPop が便利 (context メニューの Desktop サブメニューより "X-Assist Items" フォルダをたどる)
  • "X-Assist Items" フォルダにボリューム（ディスク）やフォルダのエイリアスを入れると，Refresh Menus にかかる時間が異常に長かったり，ディスク容量を異常に消費したりする (フォルダ内のファイルが多数の場合？)
  • Use Shift key to temporarily invert current window mode (Edit X-Assist Preferences の OS9 Window Behavior) をチェック (Mac OS X のように，クリックしたウィンドウだけが前面になるようにしたい場合もある)
• タブが 1 つのときにタブバーを隠すには | Firefox ヘルプ (Ver. 23 より前は Preferences で)
• Windows Media Components for QuickTime - Overview - Telestream Flip4Mac
  Mac OS 10.4 (PPC) 対応の最終は 2.3.8.1 と思われ，Download Flip4Mac / Windows Media Components for QuickTime - Video Codecs - MovieCodec.com (公式サイトにはなく，"Intel" となっているが PPC)，Mac OS 10.5 (PPC) 対応の最終（と思われる）は 2.4.4.2 (Flip4Mac Update - Telestream)．10.6- (Intel) は 2014.5 頃から有料になり，無料の最終（と思われる）は 3.2.0.16 で，Flip4Mac - Freeware - EN - Download.CHIP.eu（公式サイトにはない）
  Monolingual で Architectures を Remove すると壊れるので再インストール（Upgrade）する．
